What is it?
The coaching sessions are individual meetings where the students can clarify their doubts about, for example, academic performance, study plans, time management or any other relevant subject that have impact on their academic success.
How it works?
The sessions are design by the NDA with the students, taking into account their academic goals and potential personal contingencies. This model is adapted to the needs of each student, being individual and confidential, based on their will, commitment and responsibility.
The meetings can be weekly or monthly, in which the academic development of the student is monitored, new goals are defined and some organizational methods are adjusted.
It’s a model of pedagogical and academic intervention, not psychological. It’s based on the development of basic time management skills, goals and priorities definition and use of effective study methods, adapted to the reality and curricular structure of IST.
